To help us understand the issue, you can include your device model, iOS and app versions, what you were doing when it happened, and any error message. Please include “raillery” in the email subject.

You do not need to send private audio or video recordings to receive support. You can also copy the address and write from your preferred email service.

My voice isn’t recording or I can’t hear it

Check that microphone permission for raillery is enabled in your device’s Settings. Check the volume and any connected headphones or Bluetooth device, then try again. Leaving the app cancels an active recording; return to the app and start the recording again.

A video won’t import or finish preparing

If the video is in iCloud, wait for it to download to your device. Try selecting an MP4 or MOV video through Files and make sure your device has enough free storage. Your selected video segment is prepared on your device; keep the app open while it is processing.

I can still hear the original speech in the background

Audio separation results depend on the video. Speech mixed with music, singing, or overlapping voices may not separate completely, and some sound effects may be affected. Preview the prepared background, try a different segment, or reduce the background audio level in your dub.

How do I keep, share, or delete recordings?

Save completed films to My Films. Use the share or export menu to save videos you want to keep to Files or another destination you choose. To delete a take, open it in My Films and use the delete option.

To delete an imported scene, touch and hold it under Scenes → My videos. Deleting the scene does not delete a finished dub made from it; delete that separately.

Export your films before fully deleting the app. raillery’s media and library folder is excluded from iCloud device backup. We cannot access your device’s library or recover deleted recordings.
