Terms of Use

1. Scope and developer

These content-use terms apply to the raillery iOS app, provided by Yasin Şimşek under the Genlumio name. They supplement the app license described below.

2. Content rights

Only import video, audio, and other content that you own, have permission to use, or are otherwise legally entitled to use. You are responsible for having the rights and obtaining the permissions needed to edit, dub, and share that content. raillery does not grant you any rights or licenses to content you import.

3. On-device storage

Your imported videos and voice recordings are processed and stored on your device; raillery does not upload them to its servers. The app has no shared space where users publish content.

Our Privacy Policy explains local storage, permissions, deletion, purchases, and support correspondence.

4. Sharing

Videos are transferred off your device only when you choose to export or share them. You are responsible for sharing outside the app and for respecting applicable rights and laws; the terms of the app or service you select also apply.

5. App license

Apple’s standard end user license agreement governs the app’s license. These content-use terms supplement that agreement; they do not replace it.
