How it works
Choose a role
Open a character from Roles. Each character story is a short series of scenes.
Listen and record
Listen to the scene first. Tap Record, and recording starts three seconds later.
Complete your lines
Keep the take you like and move on to the next line. Take a break whenever you like.
Watch your film
After the last line, tap Open the curtains. Then share your film or save it.
More ways to play
- Voice impression or free dub
- Match the original line as closely as you can, or give the character something new to say.
- Dub together
- Two to four players share one iPhone or iPad. Split a video into sections, pass the device around, and combine your voices in one film.
- Dubbing contest
- Take turns dubbing the same scene, then vote for your favorite take.
- Your own video
- Pick a video from Photos or Files, choose a 3–30 second section, and dub over it. raillery separates the background sound on your device.
- Random emotion
- Spin the emotion wheel and deliver the line in whatever mood it lands on.
