Scrap Town game support
To help us understand the issue, you can include your device model, iOS version, the game’s version, what you were doing when it happened, and a screenshot if you have one. The game’s version is shown at the bottom of the main menu. Please include “Scrap Town” in the email subject.
You can also copy the address and write from your preferred email service.
My progress doesn’t appear on my other device
Saves sync when both devices are signed in to iCloud with the same Apple Account. Open Settings in the game: it should say “iCloud sync: on”. If it says “off”, check your iCloud sign-in and iCloud settings in your device’s Settings app.
Make sure both devices are connected to the internet. Open the game on the other device, wait a few seconds in the main menu, then check Saves. Synced progress is applied in the menu or when the game opens, not while you are playing.
Save slots
The game has three separate save slots. Use Saves in the main menu to switch between them or start a new game.
To delete a slot, tap the trash icon next to it, then choose “Delete save” in the confirmation window. The slot is emptied on this device and in iCloud, and your other devices do not bring it back. To start over in the current slot, use Reset progress in the game’s Settings. We cannot access or recover deleted or reset progress.
The weekly ranking doesn’t open
The ranking uses Apple’s Game Center. Make sure you are signed in to Game Center in your device’s Settings app, then tap Ranking in the main menu. If you are not signed in, the game shows a short notice; everything else in the game works the same without Game Center.
The ranking shows the coins you earned in the game that week, and it starts over every week.
I can’t hear sound or music
The game follows your device’s silent mode and doesn’t stop music from another app you are listening to. With silent mode off, check the volume. In the game’s Settings, make sure Sound effects and Music are on. The music is prepared on your device the first time the game opens and may start a few seconds later.
Privacy and data requests
Scrap Town needs no account and has no ads or tracking; your progress stays on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your own iCloud account. You can send privacy questions and requests to delete information you emailed us to the same address. See the Privacy Policy for details.
